Afternoon all Received my renewal form and noted a couple of mistakes Gun is noted as single barrel (its double) Do I amend the form myself ie cross out the mistake and put in correct one on form Many thanks all

Yes, and note either in the margin or on an attached sheet the reason for changing it(ie wrong details on form).

Probably someone just ticked the wrong box when entering it initially on pulse.

Never forget, the end goal is zero firearms of any type.
