    Good Morning People,

Basically the situation is me and my partner had just bought an apartment are currently renovating and upon lifting the floorboards have discovered a damp/moist area in the room, and discovered that a wood subfloor had some discolouration possibly indicating mould whereas the other room is a concrete subfloor is fine. There is also has been a strong musty smell since lifting the floorboards up.

now we wanted to get this sorted as soon as but not sure with companies are reputable / trust worthy to go with? We had an enquiring from “MK Builders” but after seeing a few reviews we realised they were all bought/bot reviews and swiftly moved on.

does anyone have and idea of who to contact to be best to tackle this job? And if so who? And also roughly the cost of this job? Even a rough ball park would be great.

thanks for the advice in advance

    Dave
