Condensation. So I have a light on my vehicle with this in it. How would you get rid of it?

Would drilling a tiny hole at the bottom of the unit help or using a hair dryer on it?

I have the sun shining right on it now as I thought that would help but its not and I do not see a way to take it off.

I can but a picture of it up if that helps.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Peace and long life.
