Confirm change of name

    Hi,

    I changed my name on my bank accounts, mortgage and loan via a form in branch approx 4 weeks ago however I don't think it has been changed on everything as payments are being declined for one account in particular. Is there a number I can call to confirm that the name has been changed on everything?

    I don't want to have to go to a branch if I can avoid it.
