Unable to add Regular Savings Account to Banking 365.

I fill in all the details on the Banking 365 add account link and when I press the continue/next tab nothing happens.

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

If you log into the app, select services and then the add account option you can do it there. You will need the 8 digit account number and the details(name & address) must match your current account.

I see the account now on Banking 365 but when I go to select account to transfer money, my current account is the only one showing up from the dropdown menu.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks for getting back to us.

You can request to withdraw from the account by clicking into it and then the withdraw option. You can't transfer directly from the payments tab.
