    Hi all,

I am looking for some simple advice.

I bought a house recently, its a c3 built in 2005. Rented for a bunch of years so could be in better shape. It's around 180m2 bungalow.

I want to get a bunch of insulation installed and I would think it needs new doors, window improvements with hopefully the intent of getting a heat pump eventually. This may mean new rads etc..

I have heard that one stop shops can be a bad road to go down, rather exploitative and wanted to start with single grant applications. The issue being I don't know where to start and what order they would be best to go in.

Would a seai technical assessor (the sort of a heat pump) or perhaps an independent heat loss inspector be the way to start?

I'm in the west, if anyone has recommendations.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
