Basic pay not matching point on scale

    Just wondering if anybody has any idea why my basic pay doesn’t match my point on the scale? It was fine until I moved up a point. According to the ASTI website if you multiply your basic pay by 26.09 you should get the amount next to your point on the scale. I’m on the correct point but the salary doesn’t match up.

    Obviously I will contact payroll, but there doesn’t seem to be a phone number for them anymore. Just an online enquiry form and you have to wait for them to get back to you.
