Payees missing

I see others having this problem, all registered payees on my account have disappeared. I can no longer transfer money, which I urgently need to do, and I'd guess standing orders will fail too. Of course, there is no one manning any lines as it's the weekend.

Rang during the week re this... Site was meant to have online maintenance last weekend Monday and Tuesday, but it still wasn't sorted on Wednesday when I logged in.
I was told by the customer service agent that this was a purely online site issue and that it is still being worked on.
However I see they are working on it again tomorrow so not fixed yet.
