Hi all, just opening a discussion about the latest housing development - Gracefields @ Drumaconn, Athlone by Glenveagh Homes. We have just reserved a four bed. Knight Frank says completion to be Q3 2023 but being around the site, I’d say that’s very hopeful. Has anyone signed or gotten news on contract dates?

Hello, can anyone who bought a unit in Gracefields drumaconn, share their experience please? How is the estate, and Athlone to live? Is there any anti social elements? I am aware of burglaries but not sure if that happens in Drumaconn as well. Thanks in advance
