Revolut issue with card payments.

Went to use my card today in another city.It had insufficient funds so I topped it up from my visa debit card. The money left my debit card but 8 hours later still no money in my Revolut card. Was told it would be Monday until the money is put into my account.There is a warning on Revolut about some issue they are experiencing. Be wary of Revolut.

What does the terms and conditions say about how long the settlement period is for your accounts?

Think the problem is more at the remitting banks end TBH

Did a transfer from PTSB this morning and it was in my Revolut account a few hours later.

The real problem is people expectation of an almost instant completion, which happens most of the time but is not actually guaranteed.

I find that if I top up from my debit card, which is AIB, it happens in seconds. But sometimes it defaults to bank account topup and takes a day or two. Check is this happening to you.
