Can anyone say if an An Post Credit Card used to top up Revolut is classed as a purchase? I have 0% interest on purchases at the moment so it would be beneficial to know.

it is treated as cash and there is a fee

Can say in three decades that I ever came a cross a financial institution that treats cash as anything other than case, unless they have figured out another way of getting their slice from you.

KBC used to allow their 1% cashback on Revolut top ups, and the Bank of Ireland "Switch" credit card that replaced it also doesn't charge for Revolut top ups. Their other cards are likely the same too.
