Mapping of the Local roads network

    Can anyone tell me where I can go to see the full L road network in my county?

    Waterford council sends out notices of roadworks on certain L roads at times and I'm always wondering where I can go to see these on a mapping system of some sort. Why the secrecy about our local roads? Do they not want us to find these local roads when they give the alerts out in their press bulletins?

    I know Google maps show the Motorways, National Primary & secondary roads but no Local roads are numbered. Why?
