Home insurance costs - 1900 house

My 1900 red brick end terrace in Dublin is up for insurance renewal.

I bought house in 2018 and it had not been rewired, replumbed or reroofed in last 30 years. This, together with 1900 build, gave me high premiums of 800euro. This came down to around 550euro in last 2 or 3 years.

I've now fully renovated the house, (everything), however my premium is remaining at 550euro.

I don't understand why the premium hasn't changed. My broker says the 1900 build is the issue.

Note, house is 115sqm. Rebuild 330k, contents 25k. I've used the same rebuild value as last year, as no extensions have been added, just a renovation.
