DSG software upgrade

    Hey everyone,

    I have a 2017 GTD with a DSG box and left it into VW today under warranty for another fault. When I was there they told me that there was a software upgrade for the transmission so they went ahead with it, Later on I was hardly out of the garage forecourt when I got an error for gearbox fault - you can drive on.

    Has anyone else had a similar issue like this or does anyone know what this upgrade to the software do and more importantly can I have them roll this upgrade back? its not very confidence inspiring having an upgrade applied that breaks your car instead of improving it.
