I am doing a bit of work on my 1990 bungalow that has rads all over the house i am putting down tiles on 2 hallways & kitchen so i am thinking of putting down the heating hose under the tiles thinking of the future heating with solar can this be done mixing rads with under ground heating i take it my heating pump will have to be changed with pushing heated water further.

You'll need low profile formers to hold the pipe with insulation underneath or you'll lose a lot of heat to the slab/foundation. Then a manifold and work out how to bring the pipes to a central location and hook into the heating system. Talk to a plumber and then price the work. See what else may have to be changed?

Ok thanks are rads more efficient then than under ground heating if so i wont bother with changing it.

Upgrade the house by increasing insulation, most advantageous first option. If you get your house insulated and thermally sealed then you could think about connecting radiators to a heat pump and/or solar PV. You could run a new pipes to newer low temp rads as you're redoing the floor.
