Looking for information on a site run by Jada construction in the bridge, was driving through earlier and saw a site across from the cratloe church...

Is that a housing development or what did some googling and only saw a notice for knocking a derelict house in the bridge by Jada...

Any help appreciated

i have heard there is a new housing development being built in the area you are talking about , but its more in off the road , the project is for the council in the region of 15 houses

Yeah I think it's up to 17 houses. Some of which will be social I believe.

I think this site could be a car park for the Centra shop which will be moving into the old Barrons Hall (auction rooms).

The Auction Rooms was purchased well over a year ago by the O'Flynns who are the current lease holders of the Centra shop in SMB, there were issues over the planning, parking being the main one but this has been resolved. I'm fairly certain this site will be a new car park.

i checked it on planning alerts to see exactly where it is , the development is planned for the field at the back of the auction rooms down as far as the house across the road from the old cratloe church , maybe the car park is part of the development
