Box jumps

    I am looking to pick up a box jump for home gym.Any recommendations ?

    Get one that is different sizes depending on what end it is on. And, I'd recommend a soft one to save your shins from any damage!

    While waiting for a box remember broad jumps are another option requiring no equipment. Just a jump for distance, otherwise same principles.

    I've put jumps back into my warm up, 3x5 easy, and liking them a lot.
