'Fizzing' sound from priority board

Hi. I had a priority board installed in case two people in the house used both showers at the same time. Whilst one of the showers was in use, I detected a 'fizzing' noise coming from the priority board. Should I be scared?

Do not use the shower until you get this checked by a rec

it maybe just the contactor though but you need to get it checked
