In short I have a rescue dog and sometimes when I put on his walking harness he jumps away from me and it looks like it may be Static Shock. Has anybody come across this in their own pets, and I have no carpets in the house except 2 very small rubber backed mats and wooden floors. Is there a way i can check this harness for static. Grateful for any help.
