termination of employment with the Company on notice, on a no-cause, no fault basis

I got this termination recently...do I need do anything or there's nothing I can/should do?

My hiring manager did not mention this to me before. One day this week, I was called to a meeting and HR handled this notice.

In the past few months, there are catch up meetings about areas I should improve. But I passed probation nice and easily 5 months ago.

If there are meetings on how you should improve there are most likely certain shortcomings.

The other issue is that is a sort of constructive dismissal, with impossible tasks and impossible targets and regular meetings about so called "shortcomings".

If you passed probationary with flying colours then there isn't much you can do. Ultimately you would have to go. It's like a no fault eviction in a tenancy agreement when you've always paid your rent.
