Tesco mobile sim not working in iPhone se

    Got new tesco mobile sim

    Followed instructions from tesco mobile.

    Since activating new sim I can send texts but can not receive texts?

    I can make calls. But cannot receive calls.

    IPhone se.

    Tesco mobile.

    Rang their helpline. Said it might be router?? I won't get a call back until Monday they said.

    Anyone any ideas?
