Edges of Triple Glaze Cracked

I had a large (and expensive) aluminium sliding door installed less than 18 months ago. It is of triple glaze construction and faces due south.

Unfortunately the interior panes on both sliding and fixed panel have failed at multiple points along the 4 edges. The seal of the sliding element has failed recently. Research would suggest this is a not uncommon phenomenon, due to 'thermal stress'. It seems it's due to sub optimal forming of the edge.

What comeback do I have in this situation?
