Diet for preventing a spotty hole

What works best for keeping spots off the bum bum ? I assume a low grease diet is a must so no KFC and the like?

I'd imagine diet is marginal. The fabrics you wear (particularly underwear) will have the biggest impact. Make sure your office chair (if you sit for work) is breathable or a natural fabric. Exfoliate. That should sort it.
