Sports Motivation/Sports Psychologist…

I play sports at a very amateur level…

Some weeks I am like a bear/super hungry for victory.

Other times I have not much interest and shows up in my performance.

Fierce frustrating as I am keen to be my best version, but can’t seem to do it on a consistent basis.

Anyone recommend a decent book to read? Something simple? Maybe even with written exercises?

Would it be silly to try find a sports psychologist for a person that only plays at amateur level?!
