Statutory Redundancy years of service

I have been told my job is at risk of redundancy and have been given my end date of 31/12/2023.

    I joined company January 2019.

I am wondering if I should calculate my years of service regarding statutory redundancy based on complete years (which is 4) or if I need to pro rata it (which would be approx 10.8) ?

I have used https://services.mywelfare.ie/en/topics/out-of-work-payments/redundancy-calculator/ and it seems to pro rata my years of service.
