Add tension to shutter door

I bought a commercial roller shutter door but it needs a bit more tension, it can hold the curtain up but lifting up the curtain is a three man job at the moment. Is there any easier way other than flipping the curtain up and over to twist the spring more. I've attached pictures of the type of door and the actual mechanism…
