Over the last month or so I have needed to have a nap in early eve - whenever I have had a really busy day at work and have something on later that eve/night..

I am only in my 40s.. finding it odd.. though life has become v v busy since Feb.. all good stuff.. but seem to have something on 5/7 eves/week.. so not much stationary time..

Might get my bloods checked just to be sure I am not low in anything.. no harm going to GP - tis odd for me,.

Diet is good ish.. though prob not as varied as it should be perhaps

Anyone else find this? needing on nap on busy days? TIA

Might be an idea to get your vitamin D levels checked.

That's probably why. But go see a doc + blood tests.

Also, caffeine, stress, anxiety ... will make you tired.

I love an auld afternoon nap! Especially after I've had a very early start to the day. But I'm a semi-professional sleeper, have been all my life, I can and do sleep any time, any place.

I'd second getting your Vit D checked - I had a dose of flu a few years ago which absolutely floored me for months afterwards - turned out my Vit D levels were waaaaaay down, I had injections for a few months and eventually slowly got back to normal.
