Tornado on Barrack Street?

Sounds like a tornado may have hit Barrack Street. Wind in the north side of the city centre didn't seem extreme, at all.

I wonder are there any videos?

Given the tightly limited area that was affected, this smells more like a microburst to me than a proper tornado. These microbursts are created when a column of air inside a thunderstorm cloud descends rapidly, and wind speeds inside a microburst can reach up to 240 km/h, similar to a weak tornado.
