Best network for WhatsApp burner?

I have a second phone and plan to use it exclusively for WhatsApp. What’s the cheapest easiest network SIM to get for this purpose?

Tesco Mobile or 48, or a Vodafone sim with a €5 top up.

 Vodafone PAYG SIMs are free online and don't need any credit to receive text.

Lyca SIMs are available in Spar, Gala etc for a euro and should work without any credit. Lyca SIMs ordered online seem to need credit to work.

Can you link the Vodafone PAYG SIM please - cannot find it online and the chat support were useless unless i was signing up to a 20 euro plan.

Select any plan, doesn't matter which.

That will open a "basket" with details and a price of €20 but there is no upfront cost. They ask for a card but there is no charge so cost is zero.
