Hilti PRI 2 not working need service repair

    I cannot figure out where to post this so hopefully one of the moderators can move it if this is in the wrong group.

    Have a hilti PRI 2 lazer level that is not working. Bought from new. Contacted Hilti and they said they have stopped serving the lazer since 2020 and that I need to buy new one. It has hardly been used and now need it for a warehouse job. Charged the recharged battery pack. Put in the lazer and nothing. Bought ordinary batteries for the spare housing from the shop and they are not working either.

    Is there anywhere I can get it serviced or repaired? Tried The Repair shop NI and Hilti will not give them parts.
