So got an invoice for a wedding reception at a restaurant/wedding venue: the booze (wine and beer) was charged at 23% VAT which I think is correct but the food was also charged at this rate. However as this is the hospitality sector, shouldn't the food be charged at 9% (this rate has recently been extended to August)?
