I cannot log into my account. My email account is not recognised. I am a pre payed customer. When i try to set up a new email address on the eir website, it sets up an @dummy account which I have no access to. 1901 doesnt recognise my 4 digit pin and when I press zero, I am prompted to re enter it rather than talk to an…
