What would you approximately get per acre to rent out 27 acres of land -grazing,silage- reasonably good quality? Only fields no sheds or cattle crush..Water and power available. 5 year lease. Located in the Portumna area.

Looking for advice What would you expect to get for 30 acres of good quality land for 2 cuts silage? They would need to apply fertiliser themselves. Located in good dairy area.
