Change Mortgage Date

Hopefully last question here

My mortgage with KBC was taken out on the 24th of each month, which never changed since I first drew it down.

I just wanted to make sure there was no issues with BOI on the first payment since the transfer. BOI took the direct debit on the 28th but I assume it's because of the glitch.

Am I ok to send in the letter to BOI asking for the date to be changed from the 24th of the month to the 1st of the month from now on?

Thanks, sorry one last thing. What BOI address do I tell my home insurance company to use to send letters to you? Is it still the one listed on your site ?
