Cheap parts but isn't delivery expensive, E30 if I remember rightly free over E150, misterauto E5, free over E50 with app but parts not as cheap autodoc

Thanks folks, yes they are considerably cheaper than any other places. A set of shocks and a service kit runs to over €150 so I can afford the wait.

Got a timing belt kit from them last year, no issues, took about ten days.

Prices are really good.

They are decent, they do good videos on youtube on repairs too. The only issue i had was the shipping on an order of one bearing was the same price as the bearing €30 , i ended up going with Amazon , needed 2 bearings in the end so saved €60 on delivery alone. I would definitely use them if you are getting a good price all in.

hi I have ordered from autofocus.ie a few times I constantly get the wrong parts .i was even warned about this by other people it’s a lucky dip if you get the right parts for your even when you have giving all the proper info on your car .i wouldn’t recommend them it’s really not worth the hassle

very bad at sending the proper parts you order there really not worth the hassle you go through with all the silly questions ur asked .the time and effort it takes to resend parts back .and there there time limit on sending wrong parts back again defo wouldn’t recommend buying from this company

Not with the hassle buying from this company constantly send you wrong parts .its happened to me few times now and was told by people the same thing constantly sending wrong parts even do you give them all the information on your car the make the model the registration.not worth the hassle

Ive bought a share of stuff off them.

There is constant mistakes and damages.

The fighting you have to do to get it corrected is unreal. If you dont reply within a few hours , they close your case.

They will eventually get tge issue fixed though.

All said i will go back for more parts when needed. . Parts are cheap.

Front wheel bearing for my a4 in an FAG off the local motorfactor is 95 euro. Off autodoc 46 euro

I have bought thousands of euros worth of parts from them for a few different cars and never once had the wrong parts sent. The way I do it is to find the OE part number, e.g, use real oem for bmw parts. I then plug that number into autodoc and pick the brand of part I want.

Definitely if get wrong parts is because customer order wrong parts you can't go in blind and just put reg in and hope for best you need cross reference to oe part number ect

Its simple things that are wrong.

For example Ordered 2 sets of wiper blades for my car. 19 inch and 24 inch. Same make same part number bar the length. The 24 were correct, the 19 inch wiper werent even the same make or style. None of the adapters suited my car. Looked as if the boxes had been opened so assumed these were customer returns

Another time i ordered 3 gallons of screenwash with my order. 1 gallon missing, 1 gallon leaked over everything else in the box.

Their customer service has the reputation of being difficult to deal with. I saw this through reviews and found that in practise too.

As i say if you didnt respond within an hour of their email they closed your case and you had to start again.

Eventually after a lot of emailing back and forth they got the issues fixed but it was painful to deal with. T

Customer service is a bit difficult alright but I recently got them to send me a return label for a refund within 5 or 6 emails. They sent the correct parts I just no longer needed them.
