I have 4 personal DC pensions taken out over the last 30+ years with a current value of approx 400k . I am 54 and would like to take out 100k lump sum and leave the remainder in the pensions as is . Is this allowed?

Yes, but you'd be leaving the balance in a (post-retirement) ARF as you'd have to mature the 4 pre-retirement plans.
