KBC credit card moved to BOI online user ID

Hi, my KBC credit card was moved to BOI. I received a letter telling me to text 'user' to 50365 to get my online user ID. When I text that number from my phone I use for KBC banking I don't get a a response. I rang BOI last Friday 10th and they said they would send it out in the post but I still haven't received anything.…
