Was sad to see that access to Lough Nafooey beach is now cut off with a private barrier, with a small gate for walking access. Anyone know what prompted this?, I'm presuming landowner had enough of people taking the piss with camping, partying, jet skis, etc.

Exactly, human excrement left by rough campers was the last straw I believe.
