Paint that covers imperfections of unflatted ceiling

    I sanded over my bathroom ceiling back and forth slowly but there are still areas that are not flat and shaped properly. If I sand over again then it would make it unlevelled over the rest of the ceiling.

    Is there any painting out there that also shapes?
