BER assessment - 4 bed semi in Dooradoyle - cost and recommendation ?

As is says in the subject line....

What is the average price for a BER assessment for a standard 4 bed two storey semi-detached block built, gas-fired central heated house built in 2004 in the Dooradoyle area?

Any recommendations for a reliable assessor ?

I want to see what rating we currently have in the house and perhaps get some suggestions from the assessor on what are the easiest and bang-for-buck upgrades and improvements that would move us up a few segments on the energy ratings.

I used a guy recently and he was 250 including VAT, will PM you his details. Very nice guy who took his time going over the way I could improve the ratings afterwards.
