credit card cancellation

Hi can i speak to someone in relation to closing my credit card account? I have not used it since transfer over from KBC. I have been told i need to pay 30e fee but i paid this already to kbc on closing of the account. I have not used card since transfer and dont intend to and wish for the account to be closed.
