Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pre connection certification

I've an awkward ESB connection on my house. Electrician told me he submitted certs back in August. I only got the ducting complete in mid December.

ESB began connection works but are held up because the electrical connection certificate wasn't submitted. I questioned the electrician and he said that he got it resubmitted.

It's now a full working week later and there's been nothing uploaded from what I can see from the esb's end.

How can I check if the electrician actually uploaded the cert. He's given me no proof as he says it's an online application. What do I ask him to produce to show? Or how much patience should I show?
