Amazon problem

    Note: I have also posted in the banking forum as I wondered if anyone knew the procedure.

    I returned a faulty item to Amazon & they agreed a refund. But, despite me telling them not to, they sent the refund to my now defunct 3 Money Card. Amazon say there's noting they can do. How can I get my money back ?
