Please feel free to move this to a more appropriate section. I couldn't find a topic on camping.

Looking for suggestions of a family friendly camping site in Ireland. My son is 3 so would be great if there was water nearby and a playground and town. Would be going in the summer.

    Thanks!

We're camping newbies but we went to IOAC in Wexford last year and liked it. A few playgrounds, good toilet/showers, near Rosslare, food truck on site and some entertainment in the evening at weekends. We loved it

No water, but the apple farm between Cahir and Clonmel is superb, but I suspect Parsons Green in Clogheen would be more suitable for your requirements.

Haven't camped much in Ireland, but one standout place is the Glenn of Aherlow caravan and camping park. More of a hiking/walking destination though.
