Additional cardholder not receiving 2FA notifications to their mobile

    Hi there,

    My wife who has an additional card (Mastercard credit card) is unable to use most online websites as when the 2FA authentication text (to log into app and validate the transaction) it is sending the message to my phone and unless I'm standing by my device ready to approve, soon expires.

    How do do we get card transaction using her card number to send a message to her? She has a Banking 365 profile in her own right but as the card is in my name its only on my 365 profile if that makes sense?

    Instore transactions are not affected but most of her transactions are online....
