Statement for Mortgage Saver Account

I need to send a statement of my BOI Mortgage Saver account to my mortgage broker. On my app it doesn't let me access my mortgage saver account from the home dashboard at all, or to see/request a statement. All I can do is see the total in the account on the home dashboard. Is there any way to request/see a transaction statement for this? I only set up the account around 3 months ago if this is the issue.

You can request a copy statement by logging into the app, select services and then manage statements. We will then send these by post. For further assistance, please contact our customer service team on 081820362- select option 3. One of my colleagues will be happy to help.

Hi Megan thanks a mill unfortunately it doesn't give me the option to request a statement for that account only my current account is this a glitch? Thanks

Hi Jennifer,

If the mortgage saver is not set to view, you can login on App, select Services, scroll to Send a Message and request statement in the text box.

You can add the mortgage saver to view by selecting - Services and Add account option, this will appear alongside current account within 5 business days.
