Digiweb latency issues in the evening time

Getting complaints from my sons about poor broadband in the evening time. ping speed all over the place so causing grief while gaming.

I've been with digiweb for last 3/4 years on 500mb FTTH.

Going to motions of contacting the tech support to see if issue can be resolved.

To my non expert eye, the fact that its an evening time issue then they are probably over subscribed for their server capacity so peek times seeing issues.

Looking at different suppliers and see pure are the same price after the 1st year so an tempted to switch.

Asking any gamers on digiweb seeing any issues like me. (PS5 is connected thru ethernet to fritzbox.)

Download "DNS Test" on your phone and see what the best latency result is usually its Cloudflare and change this on the router it's easy enough to do on the fritzbox i had to do this as i couldn't connect to some community servers with the ISP default and now i connect much quicker in general to a game.
