New TV faulty

    Hi,

    My third tv from you, web order WEB-153173, was delivered on the 6th Jan. While installing it today, horizontal bars appeared on the TV and I can't fix this. I have tried the following:

    1. Unplugging the TV for a number of minutes.
    2. Full factory reset.
    3. Software update.

    The lines appear on every setting and when using apps. Switching on/off has no effect on this.

    It was shipped in packaging from a very large TV which I brought to recycling, last Tuesday.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
