    I have some health problem with arthritis and indegestion .I am trying to ditch the junk food ,as I snack well as well as eating healthy .Will try yougart after rising .I am overwhelmed with the choice is the problem .Am I right thinking to go with probiotic.Are actimal or Glenisk my best bet. would natural yougart or greek yougart be best
