I have been researching online on how to transfer secondary schools. Some of my sources suggest to have my parents to transfer me to a different school or when I'm eighteen I could do it my self. My question is should I call a secondary school of my choosing and ask for an appointment with the principal? Is there anything that I need to know do the leg work myself?
